Role: Factory Assembly OperativesLocation: UckfieldHours: Monday to Thursday - 7.45am to 4.15pm, Friday - 7.45am to 3.15pmPay: £12.21 - £13.68 per hour + Holiday Pay

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Factory Assembly Operatives to join our client, a friendly and growing manufacturing company based in Uckfield.

The Requirements:

• Good eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Previous factory or assembly experience helpful but not essential

The Role:

• Assemble a variety of parts with care and precision at your bench station
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Check and test finished products to ensure top quality
• Assist with day-to-day production tasks, including organising materials and supporting teammates
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace by following health and safety guidelines
• Carry out basic maintenance checks to keep production running smoothly
