Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Manager to oversee operations at their Cheltenham office.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Helpdesk & Operations
- Manage the Cheltenham Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring efficient handling of queries and coordination with contractors.
- Lead service delivery and implement helpdesk procedures including permit-to-work processes.
- Support meeting room setups, office moves, and weekend/out-of-hours works.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets, assist with budget preparation, and approve invoices.
- Manage contracts for M&E, cleaning, and stationery, ensuring KPI compliance and regular reviews.
Compliance & Sustainability
- Ensure legislative compliance across FM functions.
- Contribute to ISO 14001 and EMS standards, supporting sustainability goals.
- Oversee GDPR-compliant security access systems and conduct regular audits.
Team Leadership & Development
- Conduct regular catch-ups, manage absences, and support team performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems and intranet pages.
Event & Project Support
- Collaborate with Marketing and DE&I teams on event logistics.
- Participate in evacuation drills and support firmwide projects.

- Proven experience in a Facilities Helpdesk or similar environment.
- Strong administrative skills, ideally within a professional services setting.
