Mobile Soft Services Supervisor – SouthSalary: Up to £16.50 per hour (DOE)Location: South of the UK. Candidate home location in Milton KeynesWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday role. No weekends!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and wants to make a real impact within a supportive and dynamic facilities management team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading from the front, ensuring the safe and smooth running of daily operations.
• Building strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders, you’ll be the go-to point of contact.
• Driving standards overseeing compliance, audits, payroll, and recruitment across multiple sites.
• Championing best practice, making sure we always deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
• Managing resources, from uniforms to consumables, you’ll keep everything running like clockwork.
• Regular travel to sites adding variety to your week with hands-on involvement.

About You:

• Experienced in supervising or coordinating within soft services (cleaning experience is essential).
• Skilled at managing teams and motivating people to deliver their best.
• Confident, organised, and detail-focused – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong communicator with a passion for customer care.
• Flexible and mobile – a full UK driving licence is a must.
