Facilities Manager - Adecco : Job Details

Location: Rainham, EssexSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday

• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
• Lead a team of maintenance staff, cleaners, and contractors

• Support budget planning and cost control
• Coordinate refurbishments, relocations, and layout changes
• Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency
• Report on site activity, performance metrics, and compliance
