Job Description :
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)Seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations and office administration across all of our client's sites. This role is essential in ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a safe, well-maintained environment for staff.The role:
  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, safety, and functionality of office environments across all sites, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
  • Conduct compliance checks, monitor office spaces, and manage internal and external office moves.
  • Work with Property Services on environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Act as one of the designated First Aiders and Fire Wardens for the Foundation.
  • Support the ongoing development of safe working practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and risk assessments.
  • Manage administrative systems, processes, and records to support operations.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for facilities and admin services across all sites.
  • Supervise facilities and admin staff, providing training, support, and performance management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in facilities and office management within housing, care, or charity settings.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Budget management and contract negotiation experience.
  • High level of IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and property management systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Degree or HND in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • DSE Assessor Training Certificate
