Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)Seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations and office administration across all of our client's sites. This role is essential in ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a safe, well-maintained environment for staff.The role:
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, safety, and functionality of office environments across all sites, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Conduct compliance checks, monitor office spaces, and manage internal and external office moves.
- Work with Property Services on environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Act as one of the designated First Aiders and Fire Wardens for the Foundation.
- Support the ongoing development of safe working practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and risk assessments.
- Manage administrative systems, processes, and records to support operations.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare and manage budgets for facilities and admin services across all sites.
- Supervise facilities and admin staff, providing training, support, and performance management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities and office management within housing, care, or charity settings.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Budget management and contract negotiation experience.
- High level of IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and property management systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Degree or HND in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- DSE Assessor Training Certificate
