Helpdesk Coordinator -ResponsibilitiesTo proactively manage reactive and planned tasks through their CAFM system, undertake general administration and telephone duties. Produce maintenance related documents, generate work orders and reports, data inputting of completed work orders, time sheets and service reports.This role would suit a Helpdesk Team Leader, Customer Service Administrator, Helpdesk Assistant, Help desk Coordinator, Helpdesk Manager, Service co-ordinator, Service assistant, Service Planner, Service Scheduler, or Facilities Assistant.
