What’s the Role?

You’ll be the heartbeat of the Greenford site, ensuring the office environment runs like clockwork — safe, organised, and ready to roar. From managing contractors and office supplies to assisting with risk assessments and H&S inductions, this is a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face at reception and the first line of site support
• Oversee contractors and ensure the office is always in top shape
• Own facilities tasks — from fire alarm testing to office moves and furniture setups
• Keep the Greenford office stocked, tidy, and fully operational
• Support the H&S Manager with risk assessments, policies, and audits
• Lead H&S inductions and coordinate training programmes for staff and contractors
• Support international H&S compliance efforts and reporting
• Keep our H&S systems, software and intranet up to date and effective
• Be the go-to on-site H&S contact and support the company-wide safety culture

?What You’ll Need

• A proactive, ‘get it done’ attitude
• Strong team spirit and excellent organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office tools
• Basic H&S knowledge (IOSH preferred)
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous facilities or H&S experience – nice to have but not essential
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in (yes, basic DIY included!)
