If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team at a cutting-edge life sciences and healthcare campus in South Cambridge.About the RoleAs Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things operational across a vibrant and fast-paced innovation campus. From managing contractors and coordinating maintenance to supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring top-tier customer service, your role will be central to the smooth running of this unique environment.Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and planned maintenance
• Coordinate inspections, health & safety compliance, and statutory checks
• Support small capital works and tenant alterations
• Drive sustainability efforts and green travel initiatives
• Assist with service charge budgeting and invoice approvals
• Help foster a strong sense of community through events and engagement

About You

• 2+ years' experience in facilities or property management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Elogs or RiskWise is a plus
• Passionate about sustainability and customer service
