Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations
• Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Reprographic work and basic printer maintenance
• General repairs and light DIY tasks
• Booking engineers and greeting visitors
• Restocking office supplies and setting up meeting rooms
• Administration and ad hoc tasks where required across the office

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an office/facilities role in a law firm or professional services environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Someone who enjoys being the go-to person and keeping things running behind the scenes
