Job title:Fabricator WelderJob location:Ripley / HeanorWhat's in it for you?- Work for a growing business - Huge order book- Excellent rates- Exciting and varied workShifts:Days4 day week (Monday - Thursday)Hours per week: 39 BasicDuration:PermanentStart date:ASAPRate:Up to £18ph (PAYE)Position Summary:Experienced Fabricator Welder required to aid in the production of various large scale fabrication projects across a variety of industries.Candidates will be required to:- Understand and work from engineering drawings- Mark out and Fabricate as part of a team - according to engineering drawings - including rolling plate, use of oxy-acetylene to cut and manipulate material, tack and square fabrications.- Understand heat placement and weld sequencing- MIG / TIG Weld - undertake long runs in a variety of positions (uphill / overhead)- Work with press brake, rollers, guillotine, notcher, punch, rotor broach and pillar drill as required.Candidates will have:- City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant Welding qualification.- Previous experience in coded welding- Experience of MIG and TIG welding - Mild Steel / Stainless- Experience of fabricating own jobs- Experience of working with heavy and large scale fabricationsSuccessful candidates will be asked to attend a weld test.Contact Information: James BellEmail:
