EYFS Teacher - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

This primary school is a dynamic and inclusive school located in Stourbridge, Dudley. As part of a multi-academy trust, the school is dedicated to delivering high-quality education from nursery through to Year 6. With a strong emphasis on early years development, the school provides a caring and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to flourish. We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced EYFS Teacher to join the team on a part-time basis from October 2025. The role will involve:

• Planning and preparing lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Setting targets for individual children and tracking their progress
• Writing reports and maintaining accurate assessment records
• Liaising closely with support staff to ensure inclusive and effective learning
• Attending parents' evenings and welcome days to build strong relationships with families
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in the Early Years, particularly Reception or Nursery
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A nurturing, creative, and proactive approach to teaching
• Confidence in working collaboratively with support staff and parents
