Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Export Sales Administrator to join their expanding team in Welham Green. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone committed to delivering quality and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support overseas customers with order processing
- Accurately enter orders into the system
- Arrange shipments and manage all export documentation
- Prepare shipping quotations and invoices
- Conduct stock checks and manage sample requests
- Carry out general administrative duties
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or Administration
- Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to perform well under pressure
- Positive, proactive approach with a collaborative team spirit
