Export Operator - Uniserve Holdings Limited : Job Details

To ensure smooth and efficient export & cross trades operations, delivering top-notch service every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and our internal team.
• Handle export paperwork.
• Track containers and resolve any issues.
• Prepare entries (AMS/ISF).
• Keep everyone in the loop with timely updates and pre-alerts.
• Arrange freight and haulage.
• Handle hazardous cargo (training provided!).
• Keep job files accurate and up-to-date.

You'll Need:

• Previous Shipping Experience (Exports).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience of customs/port systems (Cargowise).
• Strong organisational skills and a love for detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
