Export Logistics Executive - Reed : Job Details

Reed Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics are currently supporting our Tilbury based Freight Forwarding client in their search for an Export Logistics Executive.

This is a Multimodal company but you will have Air & Ocean experience and enough experience to be able to hit the ground running.

If you are looking for an Export Logistics Executive family run organisation with a friendly vibe and strong team spirit, this is definitely the place.  There is a lot of knowledge and longevity amongst the existing staff members so you will be supported well in the onboarding process and throughout your 3 months probation.

Export Logistics Executive Job description;

• Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers
• Arranging bookings with lines and carriers
• Arranging collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines
• Completing customs entries
• Raising export documentation and manifests
• Checking with warehouses that screening and check weighing have been completed
• Finalising all documentation
• Checking vessels/flights have been met
• Invoicing, liaising with and sending pre alerts to overseas agents
