Export Gateway/Consol Coordinator or Air Exports - First Choice Staff : Job Details

We are working with a medium sized freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Gateway Coordinator.

Working with the Gateway team, as Gateway Coordinator for Air Exports so our client is looking for air exports or air export gateway/console experience as required for the role.

Role Involves/ experience

• Liaising with branch offices.
• Air Export or air gateway /console experience
• Resolving issues.
• Airline Bookings.
• Completing AWB’s and customs entries.
• Good Customs knowledge.
• Experience of working within Consols an advantage.
• Previous experience of working with a Freight Forwarder required for the role.
• Experience of Airline transport advantage.
• Good IT skills including Excel.
• Good customer service with clients and internal staff.
• Experience of HMRC/IATA and CAA regulations.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm however once trained will be required to cover 1-3 weeks Saturday shift.

Salary depends on experience.
