About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Export Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dynamic customer service team and ensure seamless global order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Customer Service team to maintain high service standards and timely order delivery.
- Manage international export operations, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with global stakeholders, negotiate freight costs, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in team leadership and customer service within an export or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping (sea, road, air) and export documentation (e.g. EUR1, Certificates of Origin, Letters of Credit).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with dangerous goods shipping and remote stockist coordination.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and rules of origin.
- A second language and/or relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
