Our client is investing in growth and looking for a skilled Export Coordinator to join their dynamic manufacturing business with a strong international footprint. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in freight logistics, documentation, and compliance will be key to keeping global operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments, liaising with Sales, Operations, and hauliers
• Prepare and oversee all export documentation including customs entries, IPR, OGELs, and VAT/Duties
• Serve as the main point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams.
• Monitor and update export licences and documentation in line with current legislation
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipping documentation
• What we are looking for:-
  • Proven experience managing UK exports-preferably within manufacturing or logistics
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures, international freight movement, and licencing
  • Proficient in Excel and confident in communicating across functions and partner networks
  • Meticulous organiser with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced settingWhat you need to do now
