Export AOG Operator - Freightserve : Job Details

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export AOG Operator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage export airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery
• Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments
• Communicate with airlines, ground handlers, overseas agents, and internal teams
• Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs declarations, etc.)
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with HMRC, IATA, and international trade regulations
• Deliver high-quality customer service under pressure
• Support operational improvements and efficiency
• Participate in out-of-hours or on-call rotas as needed

Requirements:-

• Experience in airfreight export operations (freight forwarding)
• Experience with AOG's
• Familiarity with export customs procedures and documentation

Working hours are Monday - Friday
