The company:

A growing European business specialised in transport and logistics.

Main duties:

Handle queries related to missing or incorrect customs documentation, ensuring timely clearance for shipments arriving from Europe.

The role:

- Handle inquiries regarding specific UK customs clearance processes.

- Reach out to suppliers and customers to obtain missing or incorrect information

- Work with transport partners to ensure paperwork is complete

- Address and resolve clearance issues promptly to avoid delivery delays

The candidate:

- Additional fluency in either French, Italian or Spanish would be a bonus bus is not essential

- Computer literate - MS office

- Organised with good administrative skills

- Excellent communication skills

- A dynamic personality and a team player
