Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant | Inner London | Daily Rate £105-£115

A well-established Inner London school is seeking an experienced and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team on a day-to-day basis, starting September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to provide expert support to children with Special Educational Needs, contributing to their academic progress and emotional wellbeing in a supportive, inclusive environment.

ROLE DETAILS

• SEN Teaching Assistant role for experienced candidates

• Based in Hounslow, London

• Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments available

• September 2025 start

• Pay: £105 - £115 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

• Collaborate closely with SEN coordinators and classroom teachers to deliver personalised support

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting

• Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, behavioural management, and personalised learning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learner needs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
