A brand-new opportunity has opened at a newly established secondary school academy, a dynamic and evolving school in Tower Hamlets, seeking a dedicated and flexible professional to support students' behaviour, emotional well-being, and inclusion.

Student Inclusion/ Pastoral / Support & Behaviour – Secondary School

Location: E1 (London Borough of Tower Hamlets)Start Date: 1st September 2025Working Hours: 08:30–16:30 (1-hour break)Pay Rate: £15-17.52 per hour (PAYE)Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension)

This is a unique chance to be part of a school from its early stages, helping shape its culture and impact. The role is ideal for someone experienced in working 1:1 and in small groups with students, particularly in Year 7 and Year 8, focusing on:

• Behaviour and pastoral support
• Emotional resilience and well-being
• Promoting inclusive practices
• Supporting neurodiverse students and those with additional needs

You’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Executive Support, and HR Officer, with interviews available as early as tomorrow.
