Executive Secretary

Uxbridge, Middlesex

£40,000 Pension Parking

Are you a hardworking and dedicated Executive Secretary? If so then this may be the perfect role for you! You will be joining a professional team of people in a role where no two days will be the same.

Some of your duties will include:

• Providing extensive secretarial assistance to team of Directors and managing day to day administrative duties
• Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports, agendas and presentations
• Managing busy diary schedules and co-ordinating internal and external meetings and preparing required paperwork
• Fielding incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and investigating issues for caller if necessary
• Co-ordinating corporate events, sending out invitations and managing event logistics
• Maintaining corporate website and social media presence, updating items on a regular basis
