Executive PA - Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd : Job Details

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive PA to support the CEO and COO of a boutique Investment & Asset Management firm based in London's Soho.This position will be supporting the senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of their schedules and priorities in a role that requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion and the ability to multitask. This is a fully office-based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.Key Responsibilities:-Manage CEO/COO calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate related logistics-Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas, accommodation and transport-Prepare research, presentations, and briefing notes to support executive decision-making.-Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion-Monitor and manage email communications, responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate and prioritising urgent matters-Track and process expenses, ensuring accurate categorisation and record-keeping-Organise internal events, including socials and the annual end-of-year celebration-Assist in supporting HR processes and policy administrationSkills & Experience Required:-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant /Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership within a corporate environment-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a "hands-on" attitudeThis is an excellent opportunity for an Executive PA to become part of a close-knit team.
