Your new companyWorking for an organisation that provides leadership development opportunities across the public and third sector in Wales. The organisation offers hybrid and flexible working, it's accessible via public transport routes and is based in Cardiff City Centre.Your new role

• Oversee the administration and smooth running of events.
• Collaborate with suppliers, speakers, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees.
• Ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics.
• Ensure all materials, including promotional and social media, are high quality

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player who can work collaboratively but can also manage own workload and work independently when needed
• Must be available to travel in order to review venues and attend events
• Hybrid role - must be prepared to work in the Cardiff office
• Must pass DBS check
