The ideal Senior Programme Director brings extensive experience from within financial services-particularly in roles requiring deep familiarity with European banking regulations and direct interaction with ECB frameworks. Your background should reflect successful delivery of complex transformation projects where you have managed diverse teams across borders overseen significant budgets navigated intricate stakeholder landscapes handled sensitive communications with regulators driven enterprise-wide change aligned with corporate strategy.

Experience required;

• A minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services with at least 8 years spent in senior programme or change leadership roles overseeing complex transformation projects within regulated environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale regulatory change programmes within ECB-regulated banks or across the European banking sector-particularly those involving SREP, ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process), ILAAP (Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process), risk governance frameworks, or operational resilience initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of the ECB's evolving supervisory landscape including direct experience navigating multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements across EMEA regulators.
• Proven track record managing all facets of major programmes-from process redesigns through data management policy development client experience optimisation system architecture digitisation workflow improvements-and delivering measurable efficiencies.
