Executive Coordinator to SLT - Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc) : Job Details

A fantastic and professional organisation based near Staffordshire is looking for a dynamic graduate level Executive Coordinator to support the SLT with PA support. This role will require you to go above and beyond your daily responsibilities in order to manage your own workload and assist with the following:

• Executive Assistant to a high profile and high performing Managing Director.
• Varied executive support including diary and meeting management, travel and accommodation arrangements, meet and greet and coordination of all correspondence
• Typing, minute-taking and other secretarial responsibilities
• Act as the representative and point of contact for the MD, managing key stakeholder relationships, and dealing with changing situations
• Research, proof-reading and editing documents for the firms intranet site
• Ensure up to date knowledge of the sector and field in order to successfully support the business function
• Offer an excellent client-focussed approach to all elements of your role

You must possess gravitas, a high-energy attitude and most importantly, experience within a similar high-level PA role. You will ideally be a highly educated (ideally degree though not essential) and have a good sense of proactivity, forward thinking, and organisational skills. You must be a flexible individual who is keen to support and adapt where needed and take on more work where possible.

Due to the location, it is recommend the successful candidate can drive and have access to a car. This role is fully office based.
