Executive Assistant to CEO and BoardPermanent | Onsite | Central London (near Chancery Lane)Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per yearBenefits: Travel card/transport cost , plus additional benefitsWe’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Board, and Executive Directors. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage busy diaries, keep communications on track, and make sure the leadership team can focus on priorities. You’ll need to be proactive, organised, and confident handling sensitive information.Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day EA and secretarial support to the CEO and Board.
- Manage correspondence and documentation, ensuring records are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Liaise with commercial teams on legal and contractual matters.
- Handle signature processes for executive and legal documents (DocuSign and wet signatures).
- Coordinate Board packs and reports, chasing contributions and preparing final drafts.
- Organise and manage Directors’ diaries, including key meetings and project reviews.
- Arrange Board away days and leadership events.
- Act as the main contact for external recruitment partners on senior appointments.
- Ensure documentation processes meet company standards.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes and follow up on action points when required.
- Support projects and business initiatives with research, analysis, and presentation materials.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in construction, property, or a related sector.
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Professional, well-presented, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to anticipate and solve problems.
