An exciting and career defining Executive Assistant role for a high-performing, degree-educated EA supporting the Founder & CEO of a highly successful Tech investment company!

You’ll provide first-class senior Executive Assistant support, where you will manage a complex global calendar as well as manage operations tasks for a small office and support on interesting projects and events.

The Role

• Provide high quality Executive Assistance to the Founder
• Manage a complex global calendar
• Coordinate a high volume of multi-stop international trips and provide end to end itineraries
• Organise investor meetings, AGMs, roadshows and global events
• Support the Head of Investor Relations with key projects and admin
• Deliver proactive support on strategic CEO Office initiatives
• Oversee office management and supplier relationships

You

• An ambitious, degree-educated EA or Team Assistant within tech, finance or professional services
• Confident supporting a senior leader
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms
• Organised, detail-oriented and always two steps ahead
• An exceptional communicator and relationship builder
