Are you a highly organised and ambitious Executive Assistant looking to support at the highest level? Our client is seeking a polished and proactive EA to provide seamless support to their CEO - a dynamic, forward-thinking leader driving growth and innovation in the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning and managing the CEO’s busy inbox and ever-changing schedule
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating, updating, and managing project trackers, action lists, and briefing notes
  • Drafting and proofreading client-facing emails and documents with meticulous attention to tone and detail
  • Preparing polished presentations and reports, ensuring all materials are ready for board-level and client meetings
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing information flow and flagging priorities
  • Overseeing the filing system, handling sensitive documentation and ensuring confidentiality is maintained
  • Liaising with and managing other support staff and office operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail and a natural ability to stay several steps ahead
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • A cool, calm, and collected approach - especially under pressure
  • Self-starter with a solutions-first mindset and the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite level - financial services experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
