Are you seeking a your next challenge as an EA/PA?Then read more and apply today!We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team (CEO & 2 strategic directors) The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in Hemel with an WFH 2-3 days per week option available.Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments (multiple diary experience and outlook is a must)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general clerical support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management procedures
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
