With global offices and rapid growth, this firm offers an exceptional platform for a seasoned professional who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and enjoys being at the heart of international business operations.What you’ll do:As an Executive Assistant, you will be trusted to manage complex schedules and responsibilities with precision and discretion. Other duties include:
- Provide seamless support to one Managing Director and two Principals.
- Manage demanding international diaries, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple time zones.
- Arrange and coordinate global travel itineraries, particularly across EMEA.
- Prepare and process complex expense management with accuracy and discretion.
- Act as a central point of contact within the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
What you’ll need:As an Executive Assistant, you will bring proven experience from environments where urgency, accuracy, and discretion are paramount. Other attributes include:
- Demonstrated background supporting senior executives within private equity, boutique finance, or similar high-performing sectors.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and respond swiftly under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence, able to liaise confidently across international teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
