£40,000 Pension Bupa Parking

This truly is a unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant with strong PA duties to join a successful local Company and provide support for the Managing Director.

Some of your duties will include:

• Providing executive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
• Additionally managing office administration function on a day to day basis
• Producing a wide range of documents including reports and presentation material
• Co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking flights and hotels and preparing itineraries
• Overseeing corporate vehicle fleet, arranging repairs, co-ordinating staff and co-ordinating insurance cover
• Managing HR function, maintaining staff records and training requirements
