Executive Assistant Location: London - hybrid Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annumContract: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide high-level support to three C-suite executives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This hybrid role combines executive support with office management duties and would suit someone who is confident managing competing priorities, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings, travel, and conference calls
Monitor and manage executive email inboxes during busy periods or absences
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and itineraries for business trips
Act as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Oversee onboarding and offboarding of team members, including induction schedules and equipment setup
Provide general office administrative support such as post handling, scanning, and stationery ordering
Handle expense submissions and reporting for senior managers
Support team events and liaise with the Social Committee on offsite activities
What We're Looking For:
Significant experience supporting senior leaders (C-suite level preferred)
Ideally has experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or a similarly fast-paced professional environment
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new systems
A professional, discreet and dependable team player with a proactive mindset
Willingness to work occasional extended hours when needed
