Meraki Talent are working with a global Financial Services company who are looking for a polished and experienced EA to support a team of VP’s, Associates and Directors in a fast-paced, high-volume role.You will have proven experience within Financial Services, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle ever-changing priorities. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Global diary management
- Global travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Document production such as presentations, reports and itineraries
- Event coordination
- Setting up and booking meeting rooms for clients
- Minute taking and circulating action points
Person Specification:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services
- Able to multi-task and juggle priorities
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency
