Are you a switched-on, quick-thinking Executive Assistant who excels in fast-paced, ever-changing environments? Office Angels South West London is proud to represent a high-end executive search firm in their search for a dynamic EA to support their CEO on a temporary basis for 5-6 weeks.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique team based in beautiful, modern offices within a professional workspace in St James's Park (nearest mainline station: Victoria; underground: St James's Park). While hybrid working exists across the team, this role is ideally suited to someone office-based Monday to Thursday to keep things running smoothly, enable knowledge sharing, and support day-to-day momentum.

The Role:You'll be supporting a highly charismatic and fast-moving CEO who manages multiple priorities simultaneously. The pace is high, the workload varied and the role will suit someone confident working independently, with strong judgement and the initiative to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing seamless EA support including diary management, meeting scheduling and gatekeeping
• Liaising with global team members, clients, and high-level candidates - often across multiple time zones
• Communicating via both WhatsApp and email; flexibility in tools is essential
• Managing a wide range of personal and professional tasks, including occasional support around the CEO's three children (with the help of a full-time nanny)
• Handling sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Proactively flagging issues, seeking clarification when needed and stepping up when priorities shift

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in unstructured, fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters tactfully
• Comfortable using WhatsApp professionally - candidates should be open to using their phone, though options can be discussed
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident navigating ambiguity
• Emotionally intelligent, self-sufficient, and adaptable
• Happy to work Monday to Thursday in the office (9am-5:30pm), with flexibility if business needs evolve

Other Considerations:

• The successful candidate may be asked to sign a confidentiality or NDA agreement, due to exposure to sensitive personal and business information.
• Friday coverage is not required at present, but flexibility is appreciated as things may evolve.
