A fantastic new role has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support the dynamic leadership team at this Global Private Equity firm in Mayfair. You will be part of a highly successful and collaborative senior team who like you thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the senior Executive Assistant you will support the three C-suite executives across all of their business needs and no two days will be the same. As a key member of the senior team you will very much be a role model to the more junior assistants so you must be someone that enjoys mentoring and supporting. This is a role for an Executive Assistant someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who can adapt to the different personalities according to their working style. The C-suite executives work across multiple time zones so they will rely heavily on your high level of initiative and exceptional delivery to support them. This is a varied and meaty role so will suit someone with great systems and processes who enjoys providing top level executive level support as a true career EA . Self-motivated and with a calm and measured approach you will need to be a natural 'plate spinner' and able to read situations and adapt to changes. Responsibilities
  • Oversight of complex and ever changing diaries for the three C-suite executives
  • Organising multi stop travel and detailed travel itineraries
  • Preparing confidential information and document execution for meetings
  • Attend and minute key meetings with the executive team
  • Liaison with core departments - legal/compliance/operations/HR and the global offices
  • Manage the expenses process for the executives
Experience
  • Minimum of six years experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Highly flexible approach to work and working hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • A proven multi-tasker, with proven skills across complex diary/travel management
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and able to pre-empt situations
  • Excellent written and communication skills
