Executive Assistant - Bis Recruit Ltd : Job Details

A successful global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced EA/Business Partner with projects experience to assist a senior consultant who specialises in financial services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ EA/Business Partner experience with a mix of project management and EA support at C suite level. Your experience will be from either executive search or a management consultancy. Please note that candidates who have not worked in these industries will not be considered.

Duties will include:

• EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
• Project management, liaising with clients.
• Complex diary management.
• Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
• Updating a complex database.
• Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.

Salary £55,000 to £57,000 plus amazing benefits.
