Job Description :
Tiger Private is looking for a highly professional, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the director of a Family Office in Mayfair. This role goes beyond traditional EA duties and includes private support responsibilities to ensure seamless management of both professional and personal commitments.It's a dynamic Family Office, the Director has extensive experience in real estate and iconic leisure and hospitality developments in London along with interests in diverse sectors such as media, entertainment, and spirits. You will be supporting the director who combines a background in law with a focus on delivering innovative, bespoke solutions for HNW clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the director, including calendar and email management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with finances and tracking on Excel.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and legal documents as required
  • Support the director’s private and personal schedule, including managing household appointments, personal travel, and private engagements.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for both business and private functions.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate impeccable judgment at all times.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives in a Family Office environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and schedules.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting personal/private duties alongside professional tasks
