Are you a strategic thinker and detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? We're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to support our CEO on a 1:1 basis, initially on a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

This is a unique dual-role combining the rigour and structure of an experienced Executive Assistant with the proactive, strategic insight of a Chief of Staff. You'll be central to the CEO's daily operations, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement-empowering them to focus on the business and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support (1:1) to the CEO: anticipate needs, manage communications, and serve as a trusted partner in prioritising time and tasks.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage projects, and ensure smooth business operations

  • Project Management: Lead and supports key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal leaders, ensuring aligned communication and smooth engagement.
  • Meeting Support: Organise internal/external meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action tracking.
  • Office Operations: Book meeting rooms, assist with event setup, and serve as the go-to person for ad hoc business tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or hybrid role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Impeccable organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, calm approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, agile, and often ambiguous environment.

Salary : 250 - 300
