Meraki Talent are working with a Private Equity firm who are looking for an experienced EA with proven Financial Services experience to join them on a 12 month fixed term basis, covering maternity leave.The ideal candidate will have proven experience within Investor Relations, as you will be supporting three Executives in the IR team, plus ad-hoc support to the Investment team.Executive Assistant Duties:
- Diary management including scheduling meetings and conferences
- Travel arrangements including flights, visa's and accommodation
- Organise events and conferences
- Prepare agendas, presentations and minute notes
- Process expenses
- Open, sort and distribute incoming letters, emails and other correspondence
- Liaise with clients, investors and portfolio companies
- Project support as required
Experience and Skills:
- Experience providing EA support within Financial Services, ideally Investor Relations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to multi-task and juggle priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach
