Part time applicants can also be considered.Your new roleAs the Exams and Data Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of all internal and external examinations. You will be responsible for:

• Managing all exam-related administration, including entries, timetables, and secure handling of papers
• Liaising with staff, Heads of Department, and examination boards to ensure accurate and compliant exam processes
• Disseminating key information to staff, students, and parents/carers
• Organising and training external invigilators
• Preparing exam rooms, seating plans, and materials
• Making arrangements for students with specific needs (e.g., SEN) and external candidates
• Overseeing the school's use of MIS to manage assessment data, pupil transfers, and performance tracking
• Supporting the senior leadership team with data analysis and reporting
• Managing the construction and distribution of reports and individual development plans
• Supervising admin staff involved in exams and managing related budgets
• Supporting the maintenance of attendance and performance data, and assisting with school timetabling

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with school data systems e.g. SIMS or Arbor
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Previous experience in an exams or data-related role within education is highly desirable.
