Events Organiser West LondonUp to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience9am - 5pm, with some flexibility required for eventsAre you a highly organised and proactive events professional looking to take the next step in your career? Meraki are working with an established client who are seeking an Events Organiser to join their team and deliver impactful, high-profile events across the UK.In this role, you’ll plan, manage, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, senior stakeholders, and government representatives to create seamless, memorable experiences that meet strategic objectives.Events Organiser Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events across the UK, from strategy and budgeting through to execution and evaluation.
• Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, catering, AV, delegate registration, transport, and accommodation.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to secure best value.
• Work with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and manage event tools/software (e.g. Canva, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, GoToMeeting).
• Provide on-site management, serving as the main point of contact and resolving issues as they arise.
• Track budgets and ensure financial administration is handled efficiently.
• Produce post-event reports, evaluating outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.

Events Organiser Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end process of Events.
