In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of a team that drives high-value donor engagement through exceptional event experiences. You’ll take ownership of two flagship annual events, including a unique countryside sporting event, and play a key role in cultivating relationships with major donors, sponsors, and celebrity supporters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of two major fundraising events.
  • Chairing event committees and working closely with them to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Securing sponsorships, managing budgets, and ensuring income targets are met.
  • Collaborating with digital and marketing teams to enhance event communications and social media presence.
  • Managing event logistics, guest lists, prizes, and volunteer coordination.
  • Supporting VIP stewardship events and liaising with celebrity agents for a high-profile quiz night.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in event planning (charity or corporate).

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and auction platforms is a plus.
