Consumer Engagement Manager – Field-Based  Lifestyle Brand  UK-Wide Travel

This role is all about:

• Events with impact – From festivals to retail takeovers, you’ll design and deliver standout consumer experiences that drive trial, loyalty, and brand love.
• Field-first energy – You’ll be out there leading activations, managing teams, and making sure every touchpoint feels fresh, compliant, and on-brand.
• Creative freedom – Think outside the box. Then throw the box away. You’ll have room to experiment, collaborate, and shape how consumers engage with the brand.
• Community-building – You’ll grow a loyal following through grassroots partnerships, VIP clubs, referral schemes, and content that connects.
• Insight-driven strategy – You’ll use data to measure impact, optimise campaigns, and feed back into product and brand development.  

What you’ll bring:

•         Proven experience in B2C events, sampling, or experiential marketing

•         A flair for storytelling and brand-building

•         Strong leadership and people skills

•         Commercial savvy and creative ambition

•         Willingness to travel and lead in-person activations

•         Full UK driving licence

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: Field-based with national travel
