Our client is a Medium sized firm in the Financial Services sector. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an Events Manager to help with the execution of Event Planning and execution. This role will oversee the coordination and execution of various events, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and meet stakeholders' expectations. This role involves managing budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, coordinating logistics, and supervising event staff to ensure seamless operations.Responsibilities:

• Execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event services.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, etc
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Maintain and provide accurate guest lists.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning and management, with a track record of successful events.
• Ideal candidates will come from a Wealth Management or Investment industry background. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure event success.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events as required.
