Our client, a top law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive to join their marketing team!

The role:

• Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of the firms’ events programme, including planning, logistics, invitations, attendee management, and on-the-day support
• Managing sponsorship commitments and ensure benefits are maximised, from branding to speaking opportunities
• Working with the wider marketing team to ensure event promotion across digital channels, PR, and internal communications
• Liaising with suppliers, venues and partners to ensure seamless execution and value for money
• Maintaining and updating the events calendar and associated budgets
• Supporting partners and lawyers in preparing for events, including briefing notes, speeches, and follow-up activity
• Collecting feedback and report on the effectiveness of events, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assisting with other marketing and communications projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the team

Key skills/experience:

• Proven experience in event management ideally within professional services
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business and with external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot) is desirable.
