 Event and Marketing Administrator Location: Pembury, KentSalary: £27,000 – £30,000Hours: Full-time, office-based, 9am–5pm (occasional extended hours around events)Must be able to drive due to location. Do you thrive on organisation, creativity, and seeing projects through from start to finish? • Marketing campaigns including social media, email and print materials.
• Event administration such as contracts, exhibitor liaison, and website updates.
• Onsite delivery, ensuring smooth logistics, contractor coordination and excellent customer service.
• Post-event follow-up including visitor and exhibitor surveys to shape future events.

The ideal candidate will be accurate, detail-focused and confident in communication, with strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A personable manner, adaptability, and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential.Important: This role requires international travel for around two weeks each year, particularly to Ireland and South Africa, for event build-up and breakdown.
