Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading Professional Services firm in Scotland to appoint an Events Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of a wide range of in-person and virtual events across multiple office locations in Scotland. This role offers hands-on involvement in all stages of the event lifecycle—from initial planning through to post-event analysis—while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver in-person events across three Scotland offices, including on-site support.
- Maintain and update event data, ensuring accurate records are kept in the CRM system.
- Oversee Scotland’s events calendar and collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging and impactful events.
- Work with stakeholders to define objectives and coordinate all aspects of event planning, vendor management, budgeting, and delivery.
- Support effective internal communication around events to maximise participation and visibility.
- Provide administrative support for both in-person and virtual events.
About You:
- Experience working in professional services
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver events (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) to a high standard and within budget.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations relevant to events.
- Experience using CRM and eMarketing platforms.
- Flexible with working hours to support events outside standard office times.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes and systems.
