European Finance Manager - Investment & Real Estate Finance

Our client is new investment and real estate management platform backed by a prestigious global investment firm and taking the real estate consulting area by storm with impressive growth and backing. Looking for an experienced European Finance Manager to play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and operations for their pan-European portfolio. This is a unique chance to join a dynamic, cross-border real estate investment firm with ambitious growth plans.

European Finance Manager job duties and responsibilities;

• Align financial strategy with business goals across investment management, assets and teams
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, capital management and comprehensive financial reporting
• Oversee financing for new projects in coordination with deal teams across regions
• Deliver timely and transparent reporting to institutional investors
• Drive P&L management, forecasting, invoicing and investment monitoring at portfolio level
• Ensure adherence to governance, controls, accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Assess proposals, model returns and advise on investments/transactions
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across UK, Spainand wider European region

Experience and chracteristics desired;

• Strong experience in finance/accounting, preferably with real estate investment/development exposure
• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified accountant with other qualifications or QBE consindered if other experience practical experience matches up incredibly well
• Fluent English plus additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian) an advantage
• Advanced Excel to include financial modeling capabilities
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communicator with ability to build relationships across commercail teams tiop incluede real estate operations through to investment leaders
• Self-motivated professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multinational environment
