Description
- Translate a bold brand vision into a phased, actionable roadmap across regions, divisions, and platforms.
- Lead brand workstreams across media, creative, brand governance, internal engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop core brand infrastructure from toolkits to engagement frameworks that empowers teams across the business.
- Ensure brand output is customer-first, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and agency partners to ensure excellence in execution and alignment to strategy.
- Be a central connector between departments aligning divisional plans with brand ambition.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including line management of the Brand Section Manager and supporting embedded advisors.
- Champion the brand in senior leadership forums and help embed brand thinking within wider transformation programmes.
Profile
MANDATORY:
- Proven track record in B2C brand strategy, transformation, and execution within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Industry experience in Automotive, Consumer Goods/Electronics, or Retail, with strong understanding of high-value product buying and lifecycle dynamics.
- 8+ years in senior brand or marketing roles with pan-European or multi-market responsibility.
- Confident self-starter with a proactive approach to driving cross-functional and cross-market strategies.
- Skilled at connecting brand vision to business operations and enabling effective local execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and how to translate insights into compelling brand communications.
- Experience leading agencies, overseeing creative development, and managing integrated media planning.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with a build-as-you-go mindset.
- Demonstrated success in pan-European brand implementation.
- Commercially driven, with a strong focus on performance, KPIs, and delivering measurable impact.
